Introduction

Welcome to The Traveller Agency! 
These Terms and Conditions form the agreement between you and The Traveller Agency, based in Lima, Peru, for the tours and activities we offer. By booking with us, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please note that these Terms and Conditions may be updated from time to time, and we will notify you of any significant changes.

Reservations and Payments
    • All reservations require full payment in advance to secure your spot.
    • Certain excursions require closing reservations a few days before departure to facilitate hotel bookings or ticket purchases.

Cancellations and Modifications by the Client
    • Cancellation or modification conditions are detailed on each excursion page.
    • Full refunds are issued for cancellations made more than 3 days before the departure date. No refunds or modifications are possible for cancellations made less than 3 days before departure or in case of no-show.
    • Some excursions may be designated as non-changeable or non-cancellable.

Cancellations and Modifications by The Traveller Agency
    • In the event of force majeure preventing the execution of the tour, The Traveller Agency  will provide a full refund to affected clients.

Travel Insurance
    • Clients must have personal travel insurance. The Traveller Agency does not cover accidents or incidents occurring during activities.

Complaints and Claims
    • Clients have a 48-hour period post-service to submit any complaints or claims.

Rights and Obligations of Clients
    • Clients are expected to adhere to conduct and safety rules communicated by The Traveller Agency and its guides. Respect for other participants and venues is mandatory.
    • Clients are obligated to provide a valid email and/or WhatsApp contact information and to be ready at the departure time specified for their tour.

Miscellaneous Provisions
    • The Traveller Agency reserves the right to use images taken during tours for marketing purposes unless a written objection is received from the client.
    • Clients agree to the use of their data for marketing purposes unless otherwise indicated in writing.
